Dashboard overview

Note This documentation is specific to the Usage Analytics dashboard that is available only in the previous, classic UI.

The Usage Analytics dashboard shows key data related to the adoption and engagement of your Collibra environment within your organization over a given time period.

The following table describes the fields and sections shown on the dashboard.

Field/Section	Description
Current Period	Allows you to select the period for which you want to view the data, with options for the last 1, 7 (default), 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days. You can also select your own period using the Custom option.
Previous Period	Shows the same duration as the current period, but for the period immediately preceding the current period. For example, if the Current Period field shows Sep 3, 2023 - Oct 2, 2023, then the Previous Period field shows Aug 4, 2023 - Sep 2, 2023.
Visitors	Shows how many users in your organization used Collibra in the current period.
Visits	Shows which resources were visited the most in the current period.
