Change the field order

You can change the order in which the fields are shown in a set of tiles.

Note The community-domain breadcrumb will always appear at the top of the tile, followed by the asset name, status, and report image (if an image was uploaded for the asset).

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Steps

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Open a view in tile display mode.
    • Open an asset page with related assets shown in tile display mode.
  2. On the content toolbar, click → Edit Fields.
    The Fields dialog box appears.
  3. Click .
    The Edit Fields dialog box appears.
  4. Drag that is next to the field you want to reposition and drop it to the required position.
  5. Hover your pointer over the field you want to reposition.
    and a drop-down menu appear.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Drag to the position you want.
    • Click the drop-down menu, and then select one of the following options.
      OptionDescription
      TopMoves the current field to the top.
      BottomMoves the current field to the bottom.
      Before > [select a field]

      Moves the current field to the position immediately preceding the selected field.

  7. Click Save.
