As soon as you have a user account, you can sign in to Collibra Platform.
Sign in
- Go to any page of your environment.
The Sign-in page opens. - Enter your username and password.
If you forgot your credentials, click Recover Your UserName or Password. - Click Sign in.
- If a disclaimer is enabled, you have to agree with the disclaimer to sign in. If you don't agree with the disclaimer, you are signed out automatically.
Tip
- If Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured for your environment, you can be signed in automatically if you are signed in to the SSO system.
- By default, the username is case-sensitive. However, some LDAP configurations make the username not case sensitive.
Sign out
- Click your avatar, then Sign out.
The Sign-in page opens.
Note Depending on your environment's configuration, you may be signed out automatically if you are inactive for a certain period of time. Most of the changes you have made during your session will be saved. However, if you had a text field or dialog box open when you were signed out, that information may be lost.
