View users that are logged in

As an administrator, you can view which users are currently logged in.

Prerequisites

You have a global role with the User Administration or System administration global permission, for example Sysadmin.

Steps

1. On the main toolbar, click → Settings.
   The Settings page opens.
2. Click Users and Subscriptions.
   The Users tab page opens.
3. The Online column indicates which users are currently logged in.

   Tip To add the column to the table, above the table, to the right, click → select the checkbox next to the Online column.
