Insights tables

Insights Data Access contains the following tables, which reflect the data that can be accessed through the Collibra user interface:

• Community hierarchy
• All domains
• All assets, including assets of custom asset types
  
  Note Asset types that can't be managed and viewed via the Asset Type Operating Model (for example, Complex Relations and Workflow Definitions) aren't included in Insights Data Access. Attributes, communities, domains, and relations of such assets are also not included.

• All asset tags
• All attributes related to these assets, such as Definition, Description, and custom attributes types
• All relations related to these assets, such as categorizes and is categorized by, including custom relation types
• All complex relations
• Usage Analytics view events
• Responsibilities, such as Owner and Stakeholder, for a given resource
  
  Note Only responsibilities that are directly assigned to assets are included in Insights Data Access. Responsibilities that are inherited by assets or are assigned to domains and communities are excluded and unavailable in Insights Data Access.
