Feature availability

Not all features in Collibra are enabled by default. You can enable some of these features via Collibra Console, while others can be enabled only by Collibra via a support ticket. The following table contains the features that are not enabled by default.

Tip In the table, for a feature:
  • If the value in the Enabled by column is Customer, you can enable the feature via Collibra Console yourself.
  • If the value in the Enabled by column is Collibra and you want to have the feature enabled, submit a support ticket.

The default value varies based on your Collibra environment.

  • Commercial customers:
    • Non-production environments: The latest UI is enabled by default starting from version 2024.05.
    • Production environments: The latest UI is enabled by default starting from version 2024.10, unless customers have raised blockers with the Customer Success team.
    • New commercial customers: the latest UI is enabled by default in all environments.
  • Non-commercial customers: The default value is set to false in all environments.
