Collibra Maestro |

New and improved |

Collibra Maestro lets governance teams build tailored AI agents inside the platform, turning weeks of manual work into minutes. In Maestro Studio, teams configure Maestro Agents, purpose-built AI workers that answer questions and automate governance tasks, including out-of-the-box agents for data discovery and business definitions.
Building an agent takes no code: define its persona, permissions, and tool access, start from a template, import a custom YAML file, or build one conversationally through Maestro Assistant. Agents are grounded in specific business domains and certified knowledge sources, so they stay within governance guardrails, and any task they perform requires human approval before it happens. Once published, users interact with agents through Maestro Assistant using natural language.
The new Maestro Agent Monitoring dashboard gives Stewards and Admins centralized visibility into agent performance and adoption, with individual and roll-up analytics on conversations, users, and engagement depth. It includes monthly active user tracking, power user identification, filtering by usage period, lifecycle status, and ownership, and trend sparklines for quick health checks at a glance. |

You can now identify whether a data contract's active ODCS manifest aligns with the knowledge graph using the alignment status. The alignment status is shown in the data contract registry, the Contract Manifest tab of Data Contract asset pages, the Output Ports Viewer widget of Data Product asset pages, and the Data Contract Viewer widget of relevant asset pages. Collibra automatically checks the alignment every 24 hours and after you set a manifest version as active or update the knowledge graph with a data contract. You can also manually run a check. If a contract is not aligned, you can compare the active manifest to the knowledge graph, identify differences, and resolve them by updating the knowledge graph or generating a new manifest. |

When you retake an assessment from the legacy Lifecycle Management table widget, you can now choose to start from scratch or copy the answers from an existing assessment, instead of only starting a new assessment. This brings the legacy table widget in line with the Lifecycle tracker, which already offers both options. |

The "KeyValue Pair" widget now shows a completeness score indicating how many smart checks are passing for the asset, with additional information in a pop-up. Based on your role, you can see the full breakdown with passing and failing check counts and links to individual smart check rules or a summary score only. Checks in the pop-up link to the related attribute on the page. You can enable or disable the completeness score display in the "KeyValue Pair" widget configuration panel. |

The sign-off viewing and management experience in the lifecycle activities pop-up has been updated. Users with required permissions can now view and perform available actions, such as assigning, reassigning, or completing sign-offs, across all asset statuses. Sign-offs configured for an asset type can no longer be edited from the lifecycle activities pop-up, while ad-hoc sign-offs retain full editing capabilities for names and instructions.
In addition, sign-off action availability is now strictly tied to its state: completed sign-offs are read-only, uncompleted and unassigned sign-offs allow viewing or assigning, and uncompleted assigned sign-offs can be reassigned, completed, or viewed. |

Users can now view or continue assessments across all asset statuses, including past and future stages. For assets with submitted assessments and an active review asset, the assessment is locked to prevent further edits or changes. In this state, only the view action remains available (linking directly to the review asset), while start and continue actions are hidden. Where multiple assessments exist for a single template, users can also access the assessment history action. |

Views |

When a bulk edit of relations or attributes in an asset table view fails because you don't have view permission on all items involved, the error message on the "Activities" page is now clean and readable. Asset table views edit all relations in a cell as a single operation, so if any relation fails the permission check, the whole edit is rejected rather than applied partially. On the asset page, each relation is presented and managed independently, so permission checks apply per relation. |

Workflow Designer updates |

"Date" form fields now display dates in the format configured in the "Format" property, and format validation correctly fires when a date value doesn't match that format. The "Format (unicode)" property has been removed from "Date" form fields, but existing workflows that used it continue to work, as the configured value is automatically applied as a fallback. |
