* New asset types: AI Agent Version and AI Agent Tool.
* New complex relation type: AI Agent Deployment, added as an intermediate object between an AI Agent Version and an AI Endpoint.

* Three new attribute types:

You can now use node affinity to control where Edge pods are scheduled in a Kubernetes cluster by updating the values.yaml file. This enhancement gives Edge Admins more flexibility in managing resources.

When you integrate your Edge site with an Azure Key vault, you no longer need to manually configure Azure Key Vault connections or re-apply environment variable patches after Edge upgrades. The correct settings are applied automatically based on the detected cloud environment.
Collibra platform for Government Edge sites:
* Set the correct authorityHost ("[login.microsoftonline.us|http://login.microsoftonline.us]") in AzureKeyVaultClientFactory, so authentication targets the correct government login endpoint.

With a vault integration, you can implement your organization’s credential management policies for your Edge connections to data sources. Lifecycle management is now available in public preview for all asset types, extending a capability previously limited to AI Governance asset types. You can define lifecycle stages and configure required and recommended activity gates, including assessments and sign-offs, to track asset maturation for Data Products, Business Glossary terms, catalog assets, and any custom asset type. Required activities must be completed before an asset can advance to the next stage, while recommended activities are tracked but do not block transitions. Assets can also be reverted to a previous stage. Lifecycle management is available under the Advanced Operating Module plan, and you can enable it using the "Lifecycle management" configuration option in Collibra Console. Lifecycle management is not supported for BI Folder, BI Report, Data Element, Data Structure, and their child asset types. |

All generated content is presented for review before saving. You can enable this feature using the "Text attribute AI-powered writing agent assistant" configuration option in Collibra Console. Smart checks are now available in public preview, introducing automated, real-time metadata quality validation on the asset page. Data governance managers can define validation rules for string, numeric, date, boolean, selection, and multi-selection attribute types, as well as relation types. When a steward edits an attribute, the check re-evaluates instantly and shows a pass or fail result inline. You can configure smart checks in the Operating Model under "Asset types" → "Assignment" → "Smart checks" tab, and they are available on all plans. In the public preview, a maximum of 20 smart check definitions per assignment and 5 per single attribute apply. Smart checks are planned to replace Validation Rules and Articulation Score. |
