You can now use the "Retake” action in the activity menu for assessments that have been started or submitted. The retake is grouped with the original activity and requires only the standard "Conduct Assessment" permission, without needing a Creator license.
*Add Activity - Assessment Templates*
You can now select previously unavailable assessment templates in the "Add Activity" list and add them as ad-hoc activities to the lifecycle tracker. Once a template is added for a specific status, it is removed from the list to prevent duplicates. The limitation message has also been removed.
*Advancing to the Next Status*
For required assessments, only one approved attempt is now needed to advance to the next lifecycle status. Rejected attempts no longer block progression if a subsequent attempt is approved. |
