To help you track and manage the use of advanced capabilities, starting with AI capabilities, Collibra is introducing Collibra Units (CUs), a platform currency. You will receive a yearly CU allowance that resets at the start of each contract year. Admins can monitor the CU allowance, track active consumption, and check remaining balances through the dedicated "Collibra Units Consumption" dashboard. Automated guardrails ensure you never receive unexpected charges due to exceeding usage limits. Advanced capabilities slow down at 100% usage and are temporarily paused at 120%. Full functionality is restored either when your yearly allowance resets or when you purchase an add-on bundle of CUs.
Important: CUs and the "Collibra Units Consumption" dashboard will be available with the Collibra 2026.04 Production release. |

The out-of-the-box Data Scientist global role is renamed to AI Producer, to reflect a broader audience of contributors to building AI solutions.

* AI Governance Viewer, which allows stakeholders in your AI governance initiatives to view necessary information without needing a Contributor or Creator license.
* AI Governance Admin, which allows users to configure AI Governance settings.
The 2 new roles are introduced in the context of the forthcoming AI Command Center, which is in private preview. New global permissions associated with AI Command Center are currently hidden behind a feature flag. Therefore, the usefulness of these roles are currently limited. |

* *Landing page:* The assessments table includes separate “Name” and “Related to” columns, each with sorting and filtering options. The search bar filters by assessment name.
* *Conduct page:* The header shows only the assessment name and status. Template and asset details are moved to the “Properties” sidebar.
* *Renaming:* You can rename an assessment by clicking the edit icon and using a dialog box, consistent with how renaming works elsewhere in Collibra Platform. Existing assessments remain unaffected, as their names are carried over automatically. |

* *Enhanced Visibility:* The full asset hierarchy is now visible in the details table, making it easier to identify the origin of data quality issues.
* *Streamlined Aggregation Path Configuration:* In the Collibra operating model settings, “Data quality rules” page is now called “Quality score aggregations.” It now provides more insight into each path, including the relations used and current assignments, simplifying edits and troubleshooting.
* *Advanced Aggregation Paths:* Quality score aggregation paths now allow users to end the path in _any_ asset type and use _any_ dimension relation for quality score classification when using external DQ sources, including Collibra Data Quality (DQ) self-hosted. Aggregation paths will also now support derived relations and asset type groups for all DQ sources.
