Fixes for Collibra Console 5.7.4-14

• Upgrade time has improved significantly, by restoring only the 1,000 most recent records of the workflow history table. (ticket #38851, 39734)
• Diagnostic files no longer contain sensitive information.
• Remote JMX access is now only accessible for users who have the SUPER role.
• You can restart Collibra Console again when you have backup schedules with intervals longer than four years.
• Restoring very large backups no longer fails due to insufficient memory of the agent on the Repository node.
• Increased the timeout for creating diagnostics files, to ensure the completeness of data in them.
• If you install Collibra DGC via the command line and your server does not meet the Search service requirements, you can now still install services other than the Search service.(ticket #39244, 41171)
• When you upgrade to 5.7.4, all Jobserver configuration files are correctly updated.
