Fixes for Collibra Console 5.7.1-19

• The infrastructure configuration has been improved to show less errors.
• The repository binaries have been updated to include the latest security patches.
• The backup schedule configuration is now visible.
• All configuration files are now always encrypted when you save.
• Some of the permissions for the infrastructure configuration can now only be edited by users with the SUPER role.
• A privilege escalation vulnerability has been fixed.
