Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:
You can add up to 6 links to the Your Quick Links card on the Homepage. The links you add to the card are shown only to you.
Steps
- Open the Homepage.
Tip The Homepage appears when you sign in to Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. You can also go to the Homepage from any page by clicking the application logo.

On the Your Quick Links card, click Add a Quick Link.
The Add a Quick Link dialog box appears. - Enter the required information.
Field Description URL Enter the address of the webpage you want to be able to quickly access from the Your Quick Links card. Text to Display Enter the text you want to show in place of the address on the card. Open in New Tab - If you want the webpage to open in the same browser tab, clear the checkbox.
- If you want the webpage to open in a new browser tab, select the checkbox.
- Click Save.
The link is shown on the Your Quick Links card.
