Edit a domain name

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

You can edit the name and domain type of a domain from a domain page or from an organization table.

From the domain page

  1. Open a domain page.
  2. Click Actions → Edit.
    The Edit <Domain> dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the required information.
    FieldDescription

    Name

    The name of the domain. Domain names must be unique in their community.

    TypeThe domain type.
  4. Click Save.

From an organization table

  1. Open an asset page that contains an organization table, for example, a community page.
  2. Double-click in the Name or Domain Type column.
    The cell editor appears.
  3. Edit the domain name or domain type.
  4. Click the checkbox just outside of the text field to save your changes.
  5. Click .
