Security Audit Trail
The Security Audit Trail displays audit records based on security events. You can view security records in your Collibra DQ environment on this page, or copy or export them to view them outside the application.
The following events are captured in the table on the Security Audit Trail page:
- User profile updates
- Role updates
- Reference table from metastore
- Dataset deletion requests
- Data source connection updates
- Job schedule attempts
When administrators modify roles mapped to datasets or datasets mapped to roles, changes are documented automatically in the Security Audit Trail. The information in the entry log includes:
- New and original datasets added or removed during the modification.
- New and original roles added or removed during the modification.
- A timestamp of when the modification occurs.
- Type of change.
- Username by which the modifications are made.
