Defining who must receive configuration update notifications
On a daily basis, the Data Marketplace search configuration is checked against the Collibra configuration and is automatically updated if needed. The daily synchronization looks at changes in the Operating Model and deletions of, for example, workflows, statuses, communities, and assets in Collibra, and updates the Data Marketplace scope and actions. In a later stage, the daily synchronization will also update the filters.
Administrators can define a user group to receive an email notification about the automatic changes. The email provides an overview of the removed Data Marketplace search configuration and includes links to possible configuration areas to verify.
If a user group has been deleted in Collibra, the daily check will automatically update the Data Marketplace search configuration to reflect that change.
