View access graphs
In Data Access, you can visually trace how an identity receives access on a data object by using an access graph. The access graph gives you instant insights into complex permission structures. It shows all the roles and groups that connect an identity to a data object. By visualizing these relationships, you can identify how an identity receives direct or indirect access on a data object, which helps you quickly manage or revoke access.
For example, you can visually verify that Mary Carissa has access on the customer table because she belongs to the SALES group, which is nested within the SALES_EXT group, which is the group that was ultimately granted access on the table.
Access graphs are available for identities and data objects.
