For every failed asset, the name of the failed asset is shown on the Failed Assets tab of the Managed Control asset page.
The controls that were not complied with - specifically the name or names of the Managed Control asset - are shown on the asset page of the failed asset.
Note Once a failing asset is fixed, the control must run again for the asset to be removed from the failing assets list.
Notifications and alerts
When an asset fails a control, users receive actionable alerts via email based on their notification preferences. These alerts provide immediate context to shorten resolution times, including:
- The specific policy violated.
- The severity of the risk.
- A direct link to the Root Cause Identification page.
