Remove a node

When you no longer need a node in an environment, you can remove it. Keep in mind that this action does not remove the software from the node, which means that you can reuse it.

You can remove a node from different locations:

• From the node details.
• From the node list.
• From the node list.

Remove a node from the node details

1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has the SUPER role.
   Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
2. Click the node that you want to remove.
   The node details appear.
3. Click Delete.
   The Remove node dialog box appears.
4. Click Remove.

Remove a single node from the node list

1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has the SUPER role.
   Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
2. Click NODES.
   The node list appears.
3. Click in the row of the node that you want to remove.
4. Click Remove.

Remove one or more nodes from the node list

1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has the SUPER role.
   Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
2. Click NODES.
   The node list appears.
3. Select the checkboxes in front of the nodes you want to remove.
4. Click Delete.
   The Remove node dialog box appears.
5. Click Remove.
