Reindex Collibra Data Intelligence Platform

After you edit any hyperlink or search settings, you need to reindex Collibra Data Intelligence Platform so that the existing hyperlinks and search index are updated.

Reindexing Collibra rebuilds automatic hyperlinks and the search index. This topic describes how to reindex Collibra from Collibra Console.

Tip You can also rebuild the search index from the Collibra settings page.

Steps

1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has at least the ADMIN role.
   Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
2. Click the Data Governance Center service of the environment whose hyperlinks and search index you want to reindex.
3. Click Rebuild search index and automatic hyperlinks.
