Configuring LDAP

You can integrate Collibra Platform with your organization's LDAP servers. User data as well as group-related information can be synchronized and used by Collibra. When LDAP is configured, authentication (credential checking) is done directly on the LDAP server(s).

In order for Collibra to synchronize with the LDAP server, the LDAP fields have to be mapped to the corresponding Collibra fields and the LDAP server has to be configured correctly.

Note Make sure your LDAP servers are set up and working before you start configuring. If they are not, contact your IT team. Collibra support does not set up or troubleshoot LDAP servers.
