Edit a console export file schedule

1. Open Collibra Console with a user profile that has at least the ADMIN role.

   Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.

2. In the main menu, click Console Export Files.

   The Console Export Files page appears.

3. In the tab pane, click Console Export File Schedules.
4. In the schedule overview table, double-click any value in the table to edit it.

   Note You cannot change the Environment or Next execution columns.

5. Click to save the change.

Tip If you edit the maximum number of retained export files to a number smaller than the current number of retained files, the first cleanup process removes the excess files to match the specified number.
