Delete a template

You can delete a custom template only if it isn't used in an assessment that is in the Draft status. Collibra templates, however, can't be deleted.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Note You can't copy an assessment that uses a deleted template.
Note You can't retake an assessment that uses a deleted template.

Prerequisites

You have a global role that has the Assessments > Manage Templates global permission.

Steps

  1. On the templates page, open the custom template you want to delete.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click → Delete.
    The template is deleted.
  3. Click More → Delete.
    The template is deleted.
