Troubleshooting Sigma integration
Where do I find the Edge or Collibra Cloud site ID and Job ID?
If you report an error with Sigma integration, the Customer Support team can ask you for the Edge or Collibra Cloud site ID and Job ID. The team needs this information to access details about the error.
- To retrieve the Job ID:
- See Product Resources site:View the summary of a Sigma synchronization.
- To retrieve the Site ID:
- Go to Settings.
- In the Edge section, click Sites.
- Click the name of the Edge or Collibra Cloud site.
- The Edge or Collibra Cloud site is available in the ID field.
