About the SAP Signavio integration
The SAP Signavio integration brings business process metadata from SAP Signavio Process Manager into Collibra, providing you with a direct view of how your data assets connect to the processes that consume and produce them. SAP Signavio Process Manager is a cloud-based business process management tool that organizations use to model, document, and govern their business operations.
To use the SAP Signavio integration, you need Edge 2026.03.84 or newer.
Integrated SAP Signavio assets
The SAP Signavio integration ingests the following asset types:
- Signavio Folder: Collibra ingests the folder hierarchy from your SAP Signavio workspace, mapping each folder and subfolder to the Signavio Folder asset type. This preserves the organizational structure from SAP Signavio, so you can navigate your process landscape directly in Collibra.
- Business Process: Each process and subprocess in SAP Signavio is ingested as a Business Process asset in Collibra. Attributes of and relations between a process and its subprocesses are also ingested. You can navigate from a top-level process to its component steps directly in Collibra.
- Signavio Dictionary: Collibra also ingests the contents of your SAP Signavio Business Dictionary, the central glossary where your organization defines the terms, systems, risks, and controls referenced in its processes. Dictionary categories and subcategories are ingested as Signavio Dictionary assets in Collibra. Dictionary ingestion supports custom mapping of entries. You can specify which Collibra asset, attribute, and relation types receive each entry of dictionary content.
