Print an asset page or save as a PDF file

You can print an asset page or save it as a PDF file to share information about an asset outside Collibra, for example, for audit, reporting, or security purposes.

Note Not all information is printed:
  • Relations are represented by a simple list, with the relation type as the header. Only the names of the related assets are printed in the list. The other fields of the related assets, for example, their domains and asset types, aren't printed. Additionally, only the related assets of the first page of the relation table are printed. The other related assets aren't printed.
  • Complex relations, comments, attachments, and attributes that were never given a value (except for tags) aren't printed.

  2. Click → Print.
