Create a picture

You can create a picture based on a diagram.

1. Open a diagram.
2. Edit it as needed:
   • Select a layout.
   • Zoom in or out.
   • Expand or collapse nodes.
   • Trace a path between nodes.
   • Move nodes, enable or disable labels, legend, and so on.
3. In the diagram toolbar, click Capture picture.

   The Save diagram as picture dialog box appears.

4. Enter the required information.

   Field	Description
   Name	The name to identify the picture or diagram view.
   Description	An optional description for the picture or diagram view.
   Sharing options	A list of options that determine who can access the picture or diagram view.
   Public	Everyone can see the picture or diagram view.
   Private	Only you can access the picture or diagram view.
   Share with specific roles, groups & users	Only the roles, groups, or users you select can access the picture or diagram view.
   Roles	Only the roles you select can access the picture or diagram view.
   Groups	Only the groups you select can access the picture or diagram view.
   Users	Only the users you select can access the picture or diagram view.
   Promote	A list of options that determine how and where the picture or diagram view is shown.
   Default	Makes the diagram view the default view for the corresponding asset type and all asset types available in the diagram view. This option has no effect on pictures.
   Pin	Pins the picture or diagram view. Pinned diagram views appear in the View drop-down list. Pinned pictures are identified as such on the Pictures tab.

5. Click Save.

   The picture is created. You can find it on the Pictures tab.
