Create a picture

You can create a picture based on a diagram.

Steps

1. Open a diagram or a picture.
2. Make the necessary changes.
   1. Select a layout.
   2. Zoom in or out.
   3. Expand or collapse nodes.
   4. Trace a path between nodes.
   5. Move nodes, enable or disable labels, the legend, and so on.
3. On the toolbar, click .
   The Save diagram as picture dialog box appears.
4. Enter the required information.
   

   Field	Description
   Name	Name to identify the picture. The default name is the name of the diagram view and a date stamp.
   Description	Description for the picture.
   Sharing options	Options that determine who can see this picture.
   Public	Everyone can see this picture.
   Private	No one can see this picture.
   Share with specific roles, groups & users	Only the roles, groups, or users you select can see this picture.
   Roles	Only the roles you select can see this picture.
   Groups	Only the groups you select can see this picture.
   Users	Only the users you select can see this picture.
   Promote	Options that determine how and where this picture is shown.
   Pin	Pins this picture. Pinned pictures appear in the view selection drop-down list box.

5. Click Save.
   The resulting picture appears in the Pictures section of the tab pane.
