Create a diagram view

You can create your own diagram views from scratch or from an existing view.

Create a diagram view from scratch

1. Open an asset page.
2. Click the Diagram tab.
   The diagram is shown in the default diagram view.
3. Click to add a new view.
4. Edit the diagram view.

Create a diagram view from an existing view

1. Open an asset page.
2. Click the Diagram tab.
   The diagram is shown in the default diagram view.
3. If needed, select another diagram view.
4. Click .
   The Save view as dialog box appears.
5. Enter the required information.
   

   Field	Description
   Name	Name to identify the diagram view.
   Description	Description for the diagram view.
   Sharing options	Options that determine who can see this diagram view.
   Public	Everyone can see this diagram view.
   Private	No one can see this diagram view.
   Share with specific roles, groups & users	Only the roles, groups, or users you select can see this diagram view.
   Roles	Only the roles you select can see this diagram view.
   Groups	Only the groups you select can see this diagram view.
   Users	Only the users you select can see this diagram view.
   Promote	Options that determine how and where this diagram view is shown.
   Default	Shows this diagram view as the default view when you open the diagram editor.
   Pin	Pins this diagram view. Pinned diagram views appear in the view selection drop-down list box.

6. Edit the diagram view.
