This workflow notifies the Owner of the AI Use Case that a new use case has been registered and prompts them to lead an assessment of the use case.
Important This workflow is deprecated and will no longer be included in Collibra installations as of 2024.07. It will no longer appear in the Workflow definitions section in the Settings. The functionality carried out by this workflow will be integrated in Collibra, instead of being carried out by the workflow. This change does not require any action from you.
Important
For this workflow to work, an Owner must be assigned to the AI Use Case asset.
