Dashboards
A dashboard is a page that provides a high-level overview on the different areas of the product. It contains one or several configurable dashboard widgets that can show text, a shortcut to the search, the organization browser, buttons to start a workflow, and more.
You can create as many dashboards as you want, each with a particular purpose. Dashboards cannot be assigned to a community or any other resource.
Note
- The topics in this section assume that the Homepage is disabled. For more information, go to Access a dashboard.
- In Collibra 2022.11 or newer, the Homepage is enabled by default.
- In Collibra environments upgraded from 2022.10 or older to 2022.11 or newer, the Homepage is available but disabled by default.
- In Collibra environments upgraded from 2022.11 to a newer version, the previous status of the Homepage (enabled or disabled) is retained.
Permissions
While you don't need a particular license to manage and share your own dashboards, you need the following global permissions.
