AI Governance is a fee-based, cloud-only product. It is packaged with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform but is disabled by default. If it is enabled, you can open the app. If it is disabled, please register for beta testing on the Collibra Beta Platform and we will enable it for you.
Note To use AI Governance, you must enable the latest Collibra user interface.
Requirements and permissions
You have a global role with the Product Rights > AI Governance global permission.
Before you start using AI Governance, you need to carry out one of the following configurations:
- Create a new global role (for example, AI Business User) and add the Product Rights > AI Governance global permission to the role; or
- Add the Product Rights > AI Governance global permission to an existing global role.
You can then assign that global role to users and user groups. All such users and user groups will have full access to the AI Governance features and access to the Business Steward landing page. Users and user groups to whom you assign the out-of-the-box AI Legal Reviewer global role will also have full access to the AI Governance features, but they will access the Legal Reviewer landing page, instead of the Business Steward landing page.
Steps
On the main toolbar, click
, and then click
AI Governance.
If you have the AI Legal Reviewer global role, the Legal Reviewer landing page opens.
If you have any other global role that has the Product Rights > AI Governance global permission, the Business Steward landing page opens.
