Edit the field order

You can edit the order in which the fields are shown in a tile.

Note The community-domain breadcrumb will always appear at the top of the tile, followed by the asset name, status, and report image (if an image was uploaded for the asset).

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Steps

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Open a view in tile display mode.
    • Open an asset page with related assets shown in tile display mode.
  2. On the content toolbar, click → Edit Fields.
    The Fields dialog box appears.
  3. Click .
    The Edit Fields dialog box appears.
  4. Drag next to the field and drop it to the position you want.
  5. Click Save.
