Edit the column order

You can edit the order in which the columns are shown in a table.

Note If you enable hierarchy, the Name column is shown as the leftmost column in the table and it is fixed.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Steps

  1. Open a view in table display mode.
  2. On the content toolbar, click → Edit Fields.
    The Fields dialog box appears.
  3. Click .
    The Edit Fields dialog box appears.
  4. Drag to the position you want.
  5. Hover your pointer over the column you want to reposition.

  6. Drag to the position you want.
  7. Click Save.
