Template gallery

Important 

In Collibra 2024.02, we've launched a new user interface (UI) in beta for Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud! You can learn more about this latest UI in the UI overview.

Use the following options to see the documentation in the latest UI or in the previous, classic UI:

Template gallery Gallery is a page in Collibra Assessments that contains both out-of-the-box (packaged) assessment templates and customized assessment templates.

Note Packaged assessment templates are shown only if the Show out of the box templates setting is enabled in Collibra Console or Collibra settings.

This topic describes how to open the Template galleryGallery page and what is shown on the page.

Steps

  1. Open Collibra Assessments.
  2. Click Template gallery.
    The Template gallery page opens.
  3. Click Show All Templates.
    The Template Gallery page opens.

The Template galleryGallery page contains the following sections:

  • Privacy assessment templates: Shows packaged assessment templates related to Data Privacy.
  • Collibra Templates: Shows all packaged assessment templates.
  • Custom templates: Shows any assessment templates that you or others created, including any copies of packaged Privacy assessment templates.
  • Custom Templates: Shows any assessment templates that you or others created, including any copies of packaged assessment templates.

Each assessment template is shown as a tile containing the following details:

  • Title of the template
  • Version of the template
  • Status of the template (Draft or Published)
  • Description of the template (if available)

Note You can copy packaged templates. However, you cannot edit or delete them. The status of packaged templates is Published. The version of packaged templates is controlled by Collibra.

The Template galleryGallery page also contains buttons to import a template or create a new template.
