Add a quick link

You can add up to six links to the My Quick Links card on the Homepage. The links that you add to the card are shown only to you.

Steps

  1. Go to the Homepage.
    Tip The Homepage appears when you sign in to Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud. You can also go to the Homepage from any page by clicking Collibra logo.
  2. On the My Quick Links card, click Add a Quick Link.
    The Add a Quick Link dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the required information.

    URLEnter the address of the web page that you want to be able to quickly access from the My Quick Links card.
    Text to DisplayEnter the text that you want to show in place of the address on the My Quick Links card.
    Open in New Tab
    • If you want the web page to open in the same browser tab, clear the checkbox.
    • If you want the web page to open in a new browser tab, select the checkbox.
  4. Click Save.
    The link is shown on the My Quick Links card.

Tip You can edit, rearrange, or delete the quick link.
