Disable a user

You can disable the account of a user.

Requirements and permissions

You have a global role that has the User Administration or System Administration global permission, for example, Sysadmin.

Steps

1. On the main menu, click , and then click Settings.
   The Collibra settings page opens.
2. Click Users and groups.
   The Users tab showing the user and group settings appears.
3. In the row containing the name of the user whose account you want to disable, click .
   The user account is disabled and the icon changes into .
