Enable or disable the Homepage

If your Collibra environment was created in or after version 2022.11, the Homepage is enabled by default. If, however, your environment was created prior to 2022.11 and is upgraded to 2022.11 or newer, the Homepage is available but disabled by default.

Depending on your environment, follow this procedure either in the Services Configuration section of the Collibra settings or in Collibra Console:

Before you begin

Ensure that the Frontend enabled setting is enabled.

Steps

  1. Open the Services Configuration page.
    1. On the main menu, click , and then click Settings.
      The Collibra settings page opens.
    2. In the tab pane, click Services Configuration.
    3. Click Edit configuration.
    Open the DGC service settings for editing:
    1. Open Collibra Console.
      Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
    2. In the tab pane, expand an environment to show its services.
    3. In the tab pane, click the Data Governance Center service of that environment.
    4. Click Configuration.
    5. Click Edit configuration.
  2. Go to the Homepage section.
  3. Select the required value.

    True

    Enables the Homepage. When you sign in to Collibra, the Homepage is shown. The Homepage replaces your default dashboard.
    False (default)Disables the Homepage. When you sign in to Collibra, your default dashboard is shown, instead of the Homepage.
  4. Click Save all.
