Custom asset pages

Collibra Data Privacy provides custom asset pages for the following asset types:

The following image shows the custom Business Process asset page, which has custom information tabs for the relevant regulations.

Required asset types and characteristics

The custom asset pages require the presence of the following asset types and characteristics in your Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud environment:

The asset types PIA (for CCPA) and/or DPIA (for GDPR).
The attributes and relations in:
- The global assignment for asset type PIA.
- The Data Privacy assignment for asset type DPIA.
The attributes and relations in the global assignment for asset type Business Process.
A relation between Party assets and Data Sharing Agreement assets.
A relation between Business Process assets and the relevant Regulation asset, for example "CCPA", so that the business process is associated with CCPA, and the "CCPA" tag is shown on the Business Process asset page.
A complex relation between Data Set assets, Data Category assets and Data Subject Category assets.

The custom asset pages require instances of the following assets in your Collibra environment:

Asset type	Assets
Processing Category	An asset that represents the collection of data directly from the customer. An asset that represents the collection of data from publicly available sources. An asset that represents the collection of data from a third-party. An asset that infers information from other data.
Regulation	An asset named "GDPR", if relevant. An asset named "CCPA", if relevant.
Purpose	An asset named "GDPR Commercial Purpose". An asset named "CCPA Commercial Purpose".
