Use a custom CA

To allow a secure communication between an Edge site and your Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud environment, Collibra uses certificates, issued by a Collibra-chosen Certificate Authority (CA). However, you can also use a CA of your choice.

Steps

1. Export your CA certificate in PEM format.
2. Save this certificate as ca.pem in the same directory as the Edge site installer.

   Note If you save the certificate in another directory, use the --ca argument in the Edge site installation command.

3. Install the Edge site.
