Customer access to Collibra cloud

A customer of Collibra can only access Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud by going to https://<customer-name>.collibra.com. Note that it's impossible to access the actual servers that contain the data. This also means that a customer cannot install other services and applications.

As shown in the next diagram, access to Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud is always routed through a load balancer then a proxy server to hide direct access to the actual cloud servers.

On request, it is possible to limit inbound access to a specific IP-range (IP Whitelisting). To add this limitation, please create a ticket on the Collibra support portal.
