Edit the DGC service configuration

With Collibra Console you can configure the general Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud environment's behavior. This section describes the steps to edit the environment's Data Governance Center service. In the subsequent sections, you can find the details about the specific Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud settings.

Note You can edit the DGC service configuration at all times even when the service is not running.

Prerequisites

  • You have the ADMIN role in Collibra Console.

Steps

  1. Open Collibra Console.
    Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
  2. In the tab pane, expand an environment to show its services.
  3. In the tab pane, click the Data Governance Center service of that environment.
  4. Click Configuration.
  5. Click Edit configuration.
  6. Edit the DGC service configuration options.
  7. Click the green Save all button.
Tip 
  • You can navigate to a specific section by clicking it in the tab pane or you can search for a specific option.
  • When you edit certain fields, the icon is displayed next to it. When you click it, it displays the default value for that field and a Reset button.
  • If you have to restart Collibra or execute extra actions to apply the new settings, it is indicated in the user interface.
