Edit the base URL

The base URL is the consistent part of the URL to access Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud, for example http://dgc.example.com.

This is used amongst others to:

• construct hyperlinks to the system, for example in emails.
• display your profile picture.
• display Tableau report images.
• ...

Prerequisites

• You have the SUPER role in Collibra Console.

Steps

1. Open the DGC service settings for editing:
   1. Open Collibra Console.
      Collibra Console opens with the Infrastructure page.
   2. In the tab pane, expand an environment to show its services.
   3. In the tab pane, click the Data Governance Center service of that environment.
   4. Click Configuration.
   5. Click Edit configuration.
2. In the General settings section, edit the Base URL parameter to the base URL of your Collibra instance.
   Note The default value of this setting is http://localhost:4400/.
3. Click the green Save all button.
